At Golden Pasture, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every necklace we create. Each piece is carefully handmade with attention to detail to ensure you receive a product you’ll love.
All Sales Are Final
Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Because our necklaces are personalized and made to order, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a defect or error in your order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your necklace arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at goldenpasture@outlook.com. Include a description of the issue and photos if possible. We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement item or issue a store credit.
Order Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all personalization details (initials, spelling, etc.) are correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for errors in personalization submitted by the customer.
